⁹ So the thing came true that Jeremiah the prophet had said: “They took 30 silver coins. That is how little the Israelites thought he was worth. ¹⁰ They used those 30 silver coins to buy Potter’s Field, as the Lord commanded me.”^[a]

Pilate Questions Jesus

¹¹ Jesus stood before Pilate the governor. Pilate asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?”

Jesus answered, “Yes, I am.”
